Payment and Delivery Information

1. Shipping fees

• The fee is per order, regardless of the number of books.
• The shipping fee is shown in the cart after you choose the country of delivery, and at checkout before you send the order; it appears as a separate line on the invoice.
• A change in fees applies only to orders placed after the change.

We do not ship to countries and territories subject to restrictive measures of the European Union, or to places the courier does not deliver to; these cannot be selected at checkout. These are currently: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran and Syria.

2. Delivery at an individual price

• For countries outside the European Union, we set the shipping fee for each order based on the courier’s current offer. In that case the cart and the checkout show “on request” instead of the shipping fee, and the total is the amount without shipping.
• You can then send an order request, with no obligation to pay. The books are not reserved yet at this stage.
• Within a few working days we email you the shipping fee and the total: with a payment link for card payment, or a proforma invoice for bank transfer. From then on we reserve the books for 8 days.
• The contract is concluded when you pay the total we sent. If you do not pay by the deadline, the order request lapses without consequences; a request that receives no answer closes after 30 days.

3. Dispatch and delivery

• Dispatch: within 2 working days of payment (for bank transfer, of receipt of the amount), from our site in Kecskemét (6000 Kecskemét, Mindszenti körút 27/A, Hungary).
• Courier: primarily GLS; another courier where GLS does not deliver. We choose the delivery method; you do not need to decide.
• Expected delivery time from dispatch: Hungary 1–3, European Union 3–7, other countries 5–15 working days.
• On dispatch you receive the parcel tracking number and the tracking link by email (sender: [email protected]).
• We deliver the product within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract at the latest. If this is not possible, you may withdraw from the contract and we refund the full amount.

4. Delivery outside the European Union

• The parcel may go through customs clearance in the country of destination. Customs duty, import tax and the carrier’s customs clearance fee are paid by the buyer (delivery is made on DAP terms).
• We ship outside the European Union by courier only. We prepare the customs declaration for the parcel (printed book, tariff number 4901) from the order details; the courier handles export customs clearance.

5. Damaged or lost parcel

• Check the parcel on receipt; if it is damaged, have a damage report drawn up with the courier or take photographs, and write to [email protected].
• If a parcel is lost, we file a claim with the courier and either send the book again or refund the price.

6. Payment methods

Card payment (SimplePay). Payment takes place on the secure payment page of SimplePay Zrt. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro; other payment methods shown on SimplePay’s payment page (for example Apple Pay, Google Pay) can also be used. We neither see nor store card details. Bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Available at checkout for private persons and companies alike. We email the proforma invoice with our bank account details; the payment reference is the order number. The payment deadline is 8 days; until then we reserve the books. We send the books and the invoice once the amount arrives. If it does not arrive by the deadline, the order is cancelled. Bank charges are borne by the buyer.

For countries with an individual shipping price (section 2), the chosen payment method can be used once we have sent the price.

7. Invoice

• After payment (for bank transfer, after receipt of the amount) we issue a paper invoice in euro. The printed invoice goes in the parcel; a PDF copy is attached to the order confirmation email (sender: [email protected]).
• The invoice is in Hungarian; for orders placed in another language it is bilingual: Hungarian and the buyer’s language (English, German, Czech, Polish or Italian; English for orders placed in Portuguese).
• When buying as a company, enter the company name and tax number at checkout. We check the EU VAT number of a company in another EU member state in the European Union’s VIES system; with a valid number the invoice is issued without VAT.
